2. Network Requirements
An internet connection - broadband, either wired or wireless (4G/LTE or 5G), or Wi-Fi.
3. Hardware Options
The CrisisGo GateKeeper system requires additional equipment to reach its full power. Take a look below to see comprehensive lineup of hardware options, including kiosks, printers, scanners, and accessories, all designed to streamline check-ins, enhance visitor safety, and ensure a seamless experience.

3.1. Kiosks (Recommended)
This is the officially recommended solution for visitor check-in. Visitors can complete the check-in process and print their visitor badges independently, without needing to visit the Front Desk for assistance. The ecosystem is a fully self-service solution. We currently support the following devices:
Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ (Recommended)
Any other tablet running Android 12 or higher, or iOS 14 or higher, with a front-facing camera of 5 MP or higher.
Windows PC running Windows 10 or 11 with a front-facing camera of 5 MP or higher.

3.2. Label Printers (Recommended)
If you plan to print visitor badges, you'll need one of the label printers listed below. Currently, only these models are supported, but additional brands and models will be added soon.

Conditionally Supported Printers:
WARNING: The printers listed below can work with CrisisGo GateKeeper under certain conditions; however, their hardware and print quality do not meet GateKeeper's requirements. These devices have not been fully tested, and we cannot guarantee backward compatibility. Use them at your own discretion.
Whenever possible, please use the recommended or fully supported label printers mentioned above.

3.3. ID Card Reader (Optional)

If you want to scan an ID card from the Front Desk, you can connect your ID Card Reader to GateKeeper. We have tested and support the following:

3.4. External Cameras (Optional)

Good for Front Desk who would like to take a photo of their visitor and check in on behalf of the visitor.
Any camera with 1080p HD resolution or higher that is compatible with Windows 10 or later and macOS 12 or later.
3.5. External 2D Scanners (Optional)
TIP: An external 2D Scanner is not required. See All-in-one self-service kiosk solution
The external 2D scanners are used to scan the QR code on your visitor's badge for checking out at the Front Desk.
Any 2D scanner compatible with Windows 10 or later and macOS 12 or later.
