4. Enable GateKeeper Kiosk Mode
Once you have completed the previous steps, you will need to enable GateKeeper Kiosk Mode for the CrisisGo app. Here's how:
Connect your devices to your network. Make sure all devices have a working network connection before proceeding.
Open the CrisisGo app on your Android, iOS, or Windows device. Enter the word 'kiosk' in both the Account and Password fields, then tap "Sign In" (do not tap "Sign In with SSO"). You should then see a 6-digit code displayed on the GateKeeper Welcome page. The app is now in GateKeeper Kiosk Mode.
WARNING: For iOS devices, after enabling Gatekeeper Kiosk Mode, the app should prompt you with: 'Allow CrisisGo to find devices on local networks?' Please ensure you select "Allow" to enable CrisisGo to discover nearby label printers later.
5. Add Your Kiosk to GateKeeper
Now your kiosk device has completed all the required preconfigurations. The remaining steps are the same as those for officially preconfigured devices. Follow the guidance to add your kiosk to GateKeeper system: How to Add a Preconfigured Kiosk to GateKeeper
