What is Thales ID Card Reader CR5400?

The Thales Double-sided ID Card Reader CR5400 is part of Thales' document reader solutions, ​scans and checks IDs in double time, reading the front and back simultaneously. There's no wrong way to insert the card into the ID reader – you only need to drop it in.

Connect Your Thales CR5400 to GateKeeper on Windows

If you still prefer to use the ID card reader, you can easily set up your Thales CR5400 ID Card Reader with the CrisisGo GateKeeper on Windows. Simply click the button below to download and install the required Thales SDK.

WARNING: You may have previously installed some Thales SDKs or drivers that work; however, the CrisisGo GateKeeper will only function with the specific SDK provided below.

Please ensure that you uninstall all previously installed Thales drivers and SDKs, then download and install the specific Thales SDK mentioned below. Otherwise, the GateKeeper will not recognize your Thales device.

Once the download is complete, double-click to install, and let it finish. That's it! After the SDK is installed, launch CrisisGo GateKeeper, and it will automatically recognize your Thales CR5400. Enjoy seamless scanning!

Connect Your Thales CR5400 to GateKeeper on macOS

The CrisisGo GateKeeper currently does not support connecting the Thales CR5400 ID Card Reader on macOS systems.
